By integrating business planning, lead management, and support features into one location, the platform eliminates the fragmented experience of the past, significantly streamlining the onboarding process and simplifying training for new hires.

Agents faced significant operational friction due to a fragmented ecosystem of tools. Managing production, client tasks, and administrative duties across multiple platforms led to decreased productivity and a steeper learning curve for new talent. They needed a centralized "Command Center" that would integrate real-time production tracking, task management, lead eligibility, business management and profile administration into a single interface. Consolidating these functions would streamline workflows, improve communication between staff and agents, and accelerate time-to-value for new hires.
I built a modular 'Launch Pad' to replace the legacy CRM homepage, creating a unified ecosystem for agent productivity. This solution serves as a comprehensive dashboard where agents can simultaneously manage daily operations and long-term business growth. By implementing a tab-based architecture, I ensured the platform is fully scalable, allowing the business to seamlessly integrate new features and pivot existing tools as market requirements evolve.
The Launch Pad operates through a modular, nine-tab interface designed to streamline the agent’s daily workflow into three core areas. First, it provides high-level business intelligence, allowing agents to track production against goals, manage their long-term business tracker and monitor profit-sharing data in real-time. Second, it serves as an operational engine, where agents manage active transactions, due and overdue tasks, and lead eligibility while receiving live updates on client actions. Finally, the platform houses administrative and growth tools, enabling agents to update their public profiles and website data, submit feedback via the idea portal, manage testimonials and access direct staff support—all within a single, cohesive environment that eliminates the need for external navigation.
