BOB or Book of Business, is a proprietary, transaction management platform that centralized brokerage accounting into a single-pane interface. By architecting an integrated communication hub and status-triggered email automation, the system eliminated manual reporting bottlenecks and provided real-time, company-wide visibility into the deal pipeline.

The Accounting department faced significant operational bottlenecks due to a fragmented transaction management process. Managing high-volume deal flows required manual navigation across multiple disparate records, leading to data silos and delayed reporting. Furthermore, the lack of centralized communication and automated status updates necessitated a labor-intensive, manual email workflow that hindered scalability.
Engineered a centralized Transaction Management Hub that consolidated disparate workflows into a "Single Pane of Glass" interface. By architecting status-triggered automation and a unified communication ledger, I eliminated manual outbound emails and multi-page navigation, reducing administrative processing time by 20%. This solution transformed departmental operations, accelerating transaction cycles and providing the organization with real-time, "at-a-glance" visibility.
This high-performance Custom Transaction Console aggregates critical financial data—including commission structures, E&O contributions, and charitable allocations—into a unified relational view for the Accounting Department. To ensure scalability and rapid UX, I implemented conditional data loading for completed records and custom-indexed search functionality to manage high-volume datasets. The back-end is powered by complex Flow orchestration, which triggers contextual email workflows for testimonial requests and informative charity emails to clients based on real-time status transitions.
