Since 2020, I’ve been bridging the gap between complex business challenges and elegant technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. During my tenure on the leadership team for a brokerage of over 600 agents, I played a pivotal role in steering the company’s strategic direction and operational excellence. My responsibilities spanned the full spectrum of corporate health, from high-level goal setting and complex problem-solving to designing and implementing integrated solutions across all departments. Simultaneously, I directed the technology team, ensuring our digital infrastructure and proprietary tools remained robust, scalable, and aligned with our broader business objectives. This dual focus allowed me to align visionary growth and technical execution, driving efficiency throughout the entire organization.
